FAX 回复：GXGX. What did you fax to NSC?

instead of calling CIS directly, I sent a fax for inquiry about my case, which didn't seem helpful except for a new LUD. FYI, CIS doesn't prefer fax at all. Too much paper work, I guess. Hope this helps.
