GXGX, I am also doing EB3 PD carried over to EB2, can you please

My EB3 PD: Jan 2003
EB2 PD: Jan 2006
When I contacted TSC, I was told my PD was not current yesterday. I tried to explain to them the rule of priority date carried over, however it seems they don't understand. They did tell me they were processing cases with PD before April 2003.
