绿了绿了！NSC, 顺便问如何撤诉

C 两年半，10/31 上庭打WOM官司，11/17就绿了

Eb-1b, CSC--〉NSC,

140 ND 6/04, AD 3/05
485 ND 5/05, Stuck in NC since then.

花了无数时间和精力给所有人写信，第一夫人那儿就写了两封，最后豁出去了打官司。
不清楚到底有没有用，两年半大概是Average水平吧。

请问从法院撤诉的手续是什么呢？
