July 2007 wrote to First Lady and Senator by plain mail. No reply from anybody.
Oct 30 2007 wrote to First Lady, Senator and Congressman by certified mail plus return receipt.
Nov 6 2007 approved on line.

Don't know when I can actually receive the Greencard.Is that by plain mail?
