DSI problem

My daughter use DSTT to play games, for some reason it's not working any more, always get error message, I try this DSTT card on other machine, it works fine,same thing happened on games chip we bought from e-bay, works on other machine not hers, what can I do to get my daughter's machine work again? thanks!
