我每天早上负责分配工作任务，法国同事现在会在电脑里面将我分配给她的任务改成意大利同事的标签，然后对领导说现阶段工作量不大，她希望帮助其他部门。

if you allow her to change your assignment without your permission,  you are not qualified as a supervisor or you did not take this job seriously, that is also not fair to ours as well.

before you leave, you should try to be a supervisor admitted by your group, even you failed, you gained the experience.
