Comparing to rue de Sevre, Bld St Germain / St Benoit is likely more alive.
However, rue de Sevre (quite long street, crossing few arrondissements) has it charme with small shops, while St Germain is welknown for its coffee shops, fashion shops and restaurants, cinemas etc.
