learning French.

After my last summer vacation in West Europe, i'm falling love with France. Can anyone recommend a program or a link that teach basic live french in a fun and easy way? Or a French web TV that broadcast programs the french people watch every day? Thanks a lot!
P. S. the teaching should use English for explanation.
