The reasons why I am bullish SHORT-TERM: (1) NASDAQ volatility index (VXN) reached 29.12 on Monday, the highest since last December. It's 27.75 on Tuesday and probably will drop further today. (2) Equity put-call ratio reached 0.74, the highest since last March! Both values indicate very strong bearish sentiment, indicating market will reverse its course.
