中国限制对美的银出口主要是

停止支持美元打压银子价格的无限倍杠杆赌博行为（因为Fed可以无限制印制美元打压银子价格，条件是中国或者其他什么地方能持续提供实物银子支持），从而保护银子的正常的市场价格

这么理解比较符合逻辑
