Do not ignore this--us pause the 50% sanction rule by 1 year

Someone estimates suggest this rule could increase the number of restricted Chinese entities from the current approximate 1,300 to over 20,000.    ---meaning under the 50% rules, about 20000 chinese companies will be sanctioned. 

 

It is paused now for 1 year, stablizing the economic relationship between the two countires.
