work with Us to "contol fentanyl upstream product"

Most of the issues have been discussed , negotiated, and agreed upon at working level. but, they need the two leaders to approve. And there may be some sticky issues, which must be negotiated between the two leaders. I guess, Taiwan is such an issue, and there may be others.  

I guess taiwan issue is included. China just published a series of 3 articles about unifying taiwan. I would guess, there may be something between US and china.

lets' wait until the two leaders conclude their meeting.
