Tom Lee said that S&P 500 could gain another 4% minimum

Tom Lee told CNBC on Friday (10/24) that S&P 500 could gain another 4% minimum and even 10% by the end of year.

 

It means S&P 500 would be in the range between 7063 and 7471, UPRO in 130 - 151, and TQQQ in 124 - 144 roughly.
