Intermediate declines or bear markets(not 3-5% correction)occur when the advance-decline line disagrees with new price highs. 

我查了下，Spx 500, NDX 100 advance-decline line 目前有与price 同步的new high; 而nasdaq composite 是停留在7月；也可能与tech industry 里不同sector的performance 有关。不过这个迹象的确需要注意：）
