why EU deal could potentially good for GM and tsla

1. GM produce cars in mexico and import to US. Now the tariff is believed to be 20-25%.

2. TSLA sources 20% of its parts from Mexico , and the tariff also is believe to be 20-25%.

3. If Trump does not want to give EU car makers too much upper hand over US car makers, the US-Mexico tariff deal should lower the tariff on Car/parts  importing  from Mexico to at least15%, or lower.  that would represents a big improvement from current level.
