1. The DTS is levied on revenue--not income. 

    meaning , the tax base is big;

2. 25 countries implemented, and many others proposed, all over the world. 

3. Canada 3%;  Franch, UK, and Spain, 3%, 2%, 3% respectively.

4. In UK the top 18 teches' DTS payment exceeded their coroporate tax. But UK only charges 3%, there are countries charges 7% plus . 

In short, it is not insignificant item.

You can imagin, if those get dropped cross the world, big teches earning estimate will have big one time lift.
