easy it is to remain listing in Nasdaq, even if the plan got rejected, smci will have 2 chances to appeal. Last time the first  appeal took several months to take place.

On the other hand, SMCI noted "The Letter has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company’s common stock on the NASDAQ Global Select Market."
