I dont know, dont like its CEO, so ....

For the long term portfolio I hold, I consider 3 key principals

1: Clear and undisputed market leader in its space

2: Visionary leader ( 很多人不喜欢画大饼的CEO，但我想说的是，如果连饼都画不大，那这家公司也不可能做大）

3: Earning and revenue growth greater than its valuation

For Google, it has check mark only on #3， but does not meet my standarad on #1 and #2
