Keep in mind why we buy long term bond

This is not for those 4% or 5% yield, but to bet interest rate will go down with Fed cutting rate (a very high probability), and hope for 20-35% return when long term yield is at 3%. No intent to hold them until maturity.

Of course, we could be wrong (Fed could even increase rate as someone said).  Nothing is for sure, but odds is not bad here
