You are right that SPX is up 2/3 of time historically.  2024 we had a big up first half, could we have a strong 2nd half?  In a strong market, most people underperform the markets since they try to use technicals to get in and out of the markets.  I would say that in a strong market, just fully invest and stay in the markets.
