FRANKFURT, Nov 21 (Reuters) - The European Patent Office declared a contested mRNA patent owned by Moderna invalid on Tuesday, the office said, handing a win to BioNTech and its partner Pfizer in a patent dispute between the two coronavirus vaccine makers.
