My account manager called me this afternoon

He confirmed that auto-transfer from brokerage account to linked bank account is limited to 250K per day. And for what it is worth,  he also assured me that TDA is in good shape, and is independent from schwarb bank. 

To be safe, I am reducing the total holding at TDA and bought some US T-bill today so as to leave limited cash in the account.
