他们的balance sheet本来就是应该单调增长的。

我邻居的房子几十年前现在价格的10分之一买的，我能跑他家去说你这房子价格太高了，不靠谱，应该回到你原来买的时候的价格。

I don't understand why people don't understand the balance sheet?
