FED按原价买回的可能性极小

Even if sivb depositors get 90-95 cents on the dollar, who wouldn't pull uninsured deposits out of regional banks and into SIBs, MMFs and treasuries? I'm certainly not advocating a bailout but I got to think that conditions are ripe for more bank runs. FUD will make people crazy.
