yes, and one of important reasons to make their case worse:

is nobody owned or cared about their money devaluation, because other central bank didn't own any significant share of their devalued paper money. As I mentioned, this case is just like a sinking ship. the sinking ship depends on who is on aboard, and how many they are. :)
