VIX is 23.46 (up 16.48%). XIV doesn't match with VIX perfectly.

Being honest with you. I don't know how they calcualte the math between VIX and XIV, Most likely, XIV will drop to $22 - $24 again. I will see. The market is up and down a lot. This is the nature in a BEAR market. I have to wait and try to get in a good entrance point.
