i disagree respectfully, just like the others

1. it is done within the rules and regulations.
2. it seems certain people has problem with numbers; anyone remembered an incident few years back in one of their nuclear power plant? misread the numbers as well.
3. japanese is not like Chinese, just like most of them believe.
