positions gradually.

抢反弹: not a good timing, chance to make money is no more than flipping a coin to bet
short: there should be a better chance than now
狂short: No. 这样的大势, you should have already recuced long positions, but you did not and even bought more for long. I do not think you cannot control risk very well.

Right now, the chance to win is more on short side. So if you have heavy long positions, you better start reducing and take a rest for one week. If you do not know how to short, do not go shorts in a hurry because short is much diffcult than long. Better read some books/articles on stock market first.
