When the big money clients of investing banks come to them to negociate the money transaction, they will negociate a list of

parameters regarding those transaction for the banks to execute on their behalf. 

When these negociations happen, how can they possibly know what exactly the news in next couple weeks will be ?

These economical data can only make noise, not move the market.
