big players have too much money to manage. Size matters! 
large size = need to invest into many more things, because you can only put certain amount into one pick
large size = forces you to look at large caps, where most of the competitions are
large size = much harder to get high % return

They are really at an disadvantage!
With proper training and the right mindset, individual investors can beat most fund managers.
