New CEO want to repeat Bank of Hawaii story

The chairman used to Bank of Hawaii(BOH) CEO. He turned around BOH and made its stock up 4 times. He asked Indian CEO to leave and picked the current CEO. So, everything is under his control. The current CEO is more like COO in my opinion. Hopefully, C can repeat what BOH did in terms of stock performance, even 2x of the current price will be good enough.
