C got upgraded by CLSA after Indian CEO left

It's quite obvious that wall streets prefer white guy to run the US big bank. 

Seems like board of C also don't like Vikram and has plan for this moment at least 6-9 months ago, probably when Michael Oneill was assigned as the chairman of the board.
