Canada has so many ETL or close end ETF

CEF.A (CEF at New york), SBT.UN, Phys.UN, SPhys, PHS.U (TSX), PSLV (NYSE),  and a lot of fund like Sprott Precious Mineral fund, etc.

Miners are Yamana, Gold Corp, SLW, Pam American Silver, SilverCorp, Edevour silver, etc. However, I expect miners will always underperform Gold, especially silver.
