It is a very rare

bullish pattern. RIMM formed it from mid Oct until the end of Nov.
Usually, a stock with that pattern will crash very soon. However, RIMM is the #1 short killer, it won't die that easily. In the beginning of Dec, it spiked one day, made a bull trap. You can see the down volume surged right after the spike, which means MMs started running out. Today is another bull trap, an even stronger spike that also killed a lot shorts. Now you can see how hard it would be to short it before.
