Here is what I get at investors.com

The IBD 100 Index, which runs every Monday in the IBD newspaper, is a computer-generated ranking of leading companies trading in the U.S.

My 2 cents:
At least we don't need to worry about it for the rest of the week if we don't have a subscription.
