Do you mean that

(1) Market will fall until QQQ drops to 1865 and SP500 to 1109, then go up from there ?
In this case, we should sell them now, and buy them back when QQQ=1865, SP500=1109. Right ?


(2) Market is still in upper trend as long as QQQ remains above 1865 and SP500 above 1109 ?
In this case, it is hard to take action since we do not know at which poing we should sell and buy. Any idea ?
