You suggestion is very good. The price fluctation of real estate should not be as big as stock market. Since I need to move soon, I have to consider between rent and buy. I think I'd better wait about 1 year to see what will happen.
The house now is too expensive. Even a poor resell house in that area ask above 600K. Hard to afford.
