but actually, I have no idea, just some thought for you to think.

for investment, I have no position in REIT yet, but I have watch this sector
for a long time,the homebuilder shows they do not want to go down with the
market, it is positive, I maybe will have some position soon.

for house, I have a feeling this is your question. the price is too high,
actually,I thought I should buy a bigger one in the end of last year, but I
gave up. but for crashing, maybe too early to say that, if you need house
to live, why not,just buy it. it can save some tax for you too.
