2008 my 401k return 37+% 基本上抓到反弹. 还会对它进行管理

1) 不要把它搞成股票帐户, 慢慢搞不会差. 我曾经把一个32k 401k account 搞成股票帐户做 OPTION, 几个月后全没了

2) 4% around worth a move, there will be several (4-6) in the next 2 yrs

3) 9%-10% don't miss

Early May 2009 is probably an opportunity to move in, with 9% up

3) April-May 2010 move in, hold 7-8 yrs, 300% gain
