UNCLE SAM绝对是象它自己说的那样,什么手段都敢用,我打睹,如果从HELICOPTER上扔钱能解决问题,它也一定会做的.当然谁也不能保证就能解决问题,但是这么多钱扔水里,怎么也能听个响吧
