忘了用户 plainface 的密码。收到了文学城“找回密码”的连接。可是每次修改密码后，点击确认，总是看到出错信息。可能是文学城系统问题。请问我怎么能重设密码？谢谢！

用 IE，看到的是：

 The website cannot display the page
 
  HTTP 500

用 Chrome, 看到的是：
