Very regrettable that the website controller has not done anything to resolve this problem. Again Apple support was contacted. They think Wenxuecity ought to deal with this problem for it is not something wrong with my iPad. They suggested perhaps this problem has something to do with the web page's margin and width for the smaller screem size, such as iPad?!
