急问，买自住房，房检发现问题，不知道严重吗，请大家看看

买房不顺，几个月也没买到合适的，有点沮丧。这个房不是最理想，但也准备接受了。没想到房检发现下面的问题，让人不知道怎么办。是让卖家修，还是干脆撤了。

 The basement foundation walls showed signs of elevated moisture content found on multiple locations. The area was dry to the touch at time of inspection, however, were confirmed with the use of a moisture meter and/or infrared thermal imaging camera that water intrusion is occurring and may likely continue to occur if not immediately addressed. It was not clear at time of inspection whether water intrusion has ceased so all suspect areas should be closely monitored and a foundation repair company consulted if active water intrusion is observed.

房子是1990年建的，里面维护一般，是老人家住着。Inspector说应该是院子里对应的地方grading 不好造成的。但他也不打保票，说话很谨慎，让人着急。

请大家帮忙分析一下，这个是deal breaker吗。房子是正常价格 ，在比较贵的小区。Inpsector 把这个item列在需要repair 的list里。我可以发给seller要求修补。但如果是严重的问题，我是不是walk away算了。最怕听到foundation出问题了。
