假设你买了个银行拍卖房(with special warranty deed), 你维修好以后,以正常房价卖出,给buyer正常的warranty deed.

假设这之后某年突然产生title纠纷,buyer再回来找你,这时你原来的tital insurance 已经在房子过户之后失效了吧?
