白人房客非说attic里晚上有老鼠scrach的声音。 房子不旧，状况挺好的。是detached garage。

搬进来就马上让trim几颗树， 确实有颗树枝有点折了，在房顶上，我们给他reimburse了钱。

后来说晚上能听到老鼠声音，在前面房檐下找到了一个洞，我们给他补了。

结果还说有老鼠的声音，说要我们找general contator修链接garage和house的连廊。 今天又说让我们找pest control 找出老鼠进入的洞。 

这个房客事情太多了，应该怎么跟他说让他自己找pest control，自己修呢？ 前房客从来没有抱怨过anything。

Good afternoon, I wanted to see when you can have the dryer vent replaced on our rental? Even after sealing the holes we are still hearing things scratch and move around in the attic

 

I also just had the exterminator take a look again and he said he suspects they are getting in through the breezeway between the garage and the house.

 

He said it can be difficult since there are alot of wires that go in between. Said a contractor is the best bet

 

I believe the rats are multiplying and seem to be getting worse. I would suggest hiring Terminix to come out. They have rodent specialists and claim to seal entry points. This has gotten out of hand and my family is losing sleep over the constant scratching in the ceiling
