给踢回Pennie, 然后你就可以买market place insurance 了，收入低，还会有tax credit. 如果你不想等Medicaid 拒绝你，想现在就买market place 的话、只要付全价premium，就可以立刻买 if you have life changing event, or wait till next open enrollment starting 11/15.
