Ask for suggestions

Two applicants:

1. Wife teacher assistant,  and spouse claim to be technician, but used to work as packing staff at Amazon, so feel both don't have any solid skills which mean lack of job stability. together total income is 6 times the rent.

2. second applicant: single mom, one 4 year old, one newborn, 3 times the rent income, registered nurse. The single mom has family who also live in the community; I talked to the family member, seems very reliable person; the concern is her being single bread earner, income is lower than the first applicant.

 

Any suggestions?
