请教各位：最强大的理由来拒绝

房东说 付钱 准时。但是，他当我问 租期结束的原因--“ I find a better renter". 然后就不原意多说。只是说 ‘I am going to end this call’。

我不想租给这个人了。

请教各位那个理由拒绝最强大--

1. 说房东拒绝 share details? “rental background check is not satisfactory“?

另外，他只给了一个房东 info(只主了两个月）。 房东说 他是take other people' s lease and it is ending. 他说房间太热了。  只列了current landlord。才两个月。

2. 申请信用 715，收入 没大借口可找。

但是，两三年前，有3，4 个 later payments (one in each different accounts)--足够的理由？

3.有一个大rental agreement(almost $3000)，没在申请上，When asked, the answer is  'assist a family member with a lease'.  其他两个mortgage，说是有rental income。 在问他supporting documents。

他烦了，自己退出？ 或者说 credit report does not match info submitted?

觉得这个申请人会来事 。 看房的时候，到外面接了电话，回来说是另一个房东联系他。填申请后(等了2天），说‘will see another place, but I can sign the lease monday‘。（remind me the strategy 老朽 shared. but just the other way around :) ）

又有自己的rental。

布莱克(有过不好的经历 and that person is also educationed professional)。

所以想要 用最强大的理由。
