I have purchased a townhouse in April 3.  It's sell as it's. In June HOA sent me a Loss Assesment letter for a wind damage which occurred on 3/14 not under my ownership and ask me to go through my insurance. 

Even the house is sell as it is. Do you know by law if I should pay HOA Loss Assessment  insurance deductable?
