1. 同一个州的父母，credit score， paystubs， 租金收入比这种情况怎么算？

2. one month eposit+last month rent forward? $300 cleaning deposit (cannot expect them to clean like a family)?

3. Utilities under my name or still under their name?

4. 父母住址？如果是rental呢？父母ID？
